7 SIMPLE STEPS TO SUCCESS

  1. As you begins this journey, stop where you are and figure out the REAL REASON you want to lose weight. Then set goals that can an must be achieved to be successful. 
  2. A week one goal may be to simply take the supplement(s) you purchase everyday. Then you might add a goal of 'no fried foods or no sugar or no soda'...
  3. Put your fork(spoon) down between each bite. No kidding!  And... chew, chew, chew/  Try to get 40 chews per bite.  This is a weight loss secret that really works.
  4. Keep Going!  So you slip and eat a piece of cake.  I hope you sat down and savored every bite.  Then no harm done.  Don't be hard on yourself.  If you tell yourself you can't have something, you will want it more than ever, so don't say you can't have it.  Just limit yourself to maybe once a day, or once a week.  That way you can look forward to the thing you thought was on the can't list. 
  5. Get moving! No I'm not saying exercise. But you need to move at least 5,000 steps a day.  Pedometers are cheap. Get one.  Moving wakes up the endorphins and that makes you feel more joy.  
  6. Success is the key to success.  Little things that help you see you ARE progressing.  Without success, you may fall back into old patterns.  What's a success? Not eating sugar for a day? Huge success! Losing 1/4 inch off your waist?  Huge success! 
  7. Stay Positive!  A positive attitude can make you a success. It's your attitude that makes you do the things you do. It's your attitude that makes you what you are.
